Products
Third-Party Foundation Pit Engineering Monitoring
During subway station construction, we conducted settlement monitoring of the station and adjacent sections. Monitoring included station structure settlement, track geometry, and automated viaduct piers. To identify hazards and issue early warnings, our field team continuously monitored various data points to prevent safety accidents.
Road Engineering Survey in Beijing
For a major urban arterial road requiring new bridges and four types of underground pipelines, our team utilized DPP-100 vehicle-mounted drills, XY-100 floor-standing drills, and SH-30 drill rigs. Survey reports on stratigraphy and bearing capacity were promptly compiled, providing essential geological data and design parameters.
Beijing Sub-Center Station Integrated Hub Project
Advanced technological means were employed for long-term real-time monitoring of the building foundation pit. Various precision sensors tracked changes across multiple aspects. Monitoring items included horizontal displacement of pile tops, deep horizontal displacement, ground settlement, groundwater levels, and anchor cable axial force.
Geological Disaster Monitoring
Conducting high-precision geological disaster monitoring and early warning based on InSAR technology. We overcame key challenges including the construction of joint 3D deformation models and handling discontinuities in steep-terrain phase unwrapping, resulting in efficient algorithms for large-gradient, high-precision monitoring.
Third National Land and Resources Survey
Comprehensively determining land use types, areas, ownership rights, boundaries, and property ownership status of buildings to meet the needs of macro-level land regulation, unified real estate registration, overall land use planning, and stringent land management measures.
Rural Cadastral Surveying
Using professional equipment including UAVs, GNSS systems, and UAV-mounted high-precision 5-lens oblique cameras, cadastral maps and partial building side measurements are produced. The results establish an integrated urban-rural real estate registration information platform, achieving modernized management.
SAR Technology Surface Subsidence Analysis
An airborne SAR radar radio frequency signal camouflage identification device has been invented, enhancing safety protection. Monitoring of surrounding ground settlement provides construction units with timely information, offering accurate early warnings to prevent environmental safety accidents.
National Survey Framework
Third National Land Survey

Within designated areas, surveys and measurements are conducted for each parcel of land, building, property, and real estate—covering ownership boundaries, shape, land category, natural conditions, ownership status, location, quantity, quality, and utilization status. Using satellite remote sensing data, internal delineation of boundary lines is performed, vector data is generated, and a rights confirmation database is established in conjunction with historical ledgers.
