Detect Technology
Comprehensive Services
Advantages
As a Top 100 GIS Enterprise, a Standing Council Member of the China Civil Aviation "Safety Development" Council, and the supporting unit of the Air Transport Service Committee of the China Air Transport Association, Detect Technology Co., Ltd. possesses professional qualifications, capabilities, and software systems in surveying and aerial photography, clearance assessment, aeronautical charting, airport airspace structure planning, flight procedure design, and airport site selection planning. Independently developed, the 1:1,000,000 National Visual Aeronautical Chart fills a gap in China's aeronautical charting. By integrating air-ground integrated planning and design, and developing a digital airspace grid management system, we ensure that aircraft can "take off smoothly and fly safely," safeguarding the healthy development of the low-altitude economy.

"1:1,000,000 National Visual Aeronautical Chart"
This chart fills a gap in China's aeronautical charts and completed data asset registration and trading at the Beijing International Data Exchange in November this year. Through the project Development of the 1:1,000,000 National Visual Aeronautical Chart, we have clarified the technical roadmap for compiling visual aeronautical charts and efficient methods for data updates. We established a comprehensive product quality control system and developed an organizational model for mass production, which is of great significance for future batch production of surveying and mapping products.
Hunan Province Low-Altitude Visual Chart Compilation
Detect Technology completed the Hunan Province Low-Altitude Visual Chart, the Low-Altitude Airspace Operations Management Manual, and the General Aviation Airport Operations Manual. The Hunan Province Low-Altitude Visual Chart is the first high-specification, high-quality low-altitude visual chart in the region, achieving for the first time the integration of "three markings on one chart," which is of great significance for the regularization of general aviation airports.
3D Real-Scene Navigation
3D real-scene navigation transforms low-altitude airspace into a calibratable, quantifiable, computable, manageable, and usable 3D spatial data domain. It digitizes channel elements, civil aviation elements, and low-altitude airspace planning elements within the airspace, integrating relevant aerial navigation information to construct a 3D navigation map. This provides spatiotemporal information infrastructure for low-altitude transportation, building an urban air-ground integrated three-dimensional intelligent general aviation system. This better supports low-altitude route planning, airspace corridor management, flight safety warnings, etc., ensuring safe low-altitude operations.
Airspace Planning and Refined Management
We customize low-altitude aeronautical charts, including aviation situation maps, low-altitude visual charts, thematic aviation element charts, and topographic maps at various scales such as 1:1,000,000, 1:500,000, and 1:250,000. These maps meticulously detail provincial-level airspace stratification, routes, terrain elevations, geomorphic features, and obstacle distribution, comprehensively ensuring that aircraft can "take off smoothly" and "fly safely." As crucial tools and support for low-altitude airspace planning, these charts help optimize airspace resource allocation, enhance low-altitude flight safety, reduce operational costs for the low-altitude industry, and promote the transformation of regional economies from a "planar" to a "three-dimensional" model, creating new engines for regional economic growth.

Nantong New Airport Airspace Study Project
In 2019, after being assigned this task, we completed 11 research reports covering airspace conflict analysis, airspace structure optimization plans, flight procedure design, aircraft performance analysis, airspace capacity assessment, and the coordination of military-civil airspace issues. Within less than a year, we obtained military and civil aviation site selection approvals for the Nantong New Airport. During the pre-feasibility stage, we strengthened communication, reporting, and coordination with the Joint Staff Department of the Central Military Commission, the Air Force, the Navy, the Civil Aviation Administration, Regional Administrations, Air Traffic Management Bureaus, the Eastern Theater Command Air Force, the Shanghai Base, and surrounding military and civil airports and units. In January 2024, we organized and convened the Nantong New Airport Airspace Planning Military-Civil Coordination Meeting. Subsequent work will proceed after the civil aviation industry review is completed.
