Recently, the trade union of Beijing Dici Technology Co., Ltd. participated in a unique online fun sports gala. Centered around the theme of "Healthy and Upbeat, Bursting with Vitality," this event departed from traditional competitive ranking models, allowing employees to experience the joy of sports in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere while showcasing the charm of teamwork.

Creative Events Showcasing Diverse Talents

The sports gala featured 120 fun events, including aerobics, dancing, singing, recitation, handicrafts, painting, magic, and more. Eight members of the Dici Technology trade union—four men and four women—fully leveraged their individual strengths to shine on the cloud-based stage. At times, they raised their voices in song, delivering positive energy through passionate melodies; at other times, they wielded brushes to paint beautiful visions; and they also showed off their dance moves, infecting everyone in front of the screen with their vitality. Each event served as a window to display the diverse talents of the employees, and every smiling face reflected the positive and upward spirit of the Dici team.

Team Collaboration Uniting Collective Wisdom

During the 90-minute activity, team members divided their work and collaborated closely. Some were responsible for creative design, others for action demonstrations, and still others for filming and documentation. Through the process of the fun sports gala, they experienced mutual coordination and support, perfectly embodying the true essence of teamwork.

Through this activity, colleagues discovered new sides of each other beyond their professional roles: a rigorous engineer might turn out to be a hidden dance enthusiast, and a meticulous technician could effortlessly deliver a rhythmic rap.
